Kelly, Financial &Scheduling Coordinator

I've been with Dr. Neely's Team since 2003. My favorite thing about our practice is watching/seeing the patients (kids and adults) grow and how they change throughout their treatment.

The thing I like best about working with Dr. Neely is his ability to work with many different treatment procedures and keeping up to date with new ones and also the technological part of the business.

I am a Hew Hampshire native.

Rebecca,  Expanded Duty Chairside Assistant & Scheduling Coordinator

I have been a part of Dr. Neely's team since 2001, but have been in the dental field since 1993.

My favorite part of orthodontics is all the smiles and knowing I've had a part in creating them. I believe when you smile the world smiles back.  I'm grateful that I can help make that happen. Working with the patients whether it's adjusting their braces or making their next appointment is very rewarding and I have Dr. Neely to thank for my perfect smile.

Noel, Office Manager

The most interesting aspect of small town practice is seeing former patients who bring their children to Dr. Neely's office. I enjoy working as a team which incorporates the latest technology.

I became a Vermonter in 1970 and have served three terms in the Vermont Legislature. My interests are travel, theater, cooking, and Native American history and art.

Pearl, Diagnostic Records & Patient Orientation

Orthodontics and dentistry have been my lifes work, with orthodontics being my first choice! I've worked with Dr. Neely since 1992.

Dr. Neely works hard at staying on top of the latest technology which influences the whole staff, but it always benefits the patient, and gives each of us a challenge. Each day is rewarding as we help affect the dental health of so many. It's wonderful to watch our patients confidence grow.

Over the years I have had many family members  treated by Dr. Neely including my husband, son and grand-daughters.

Susan, Expanded Duty Chairside Assistant

I started working in orthodontics in 1984 and have been working with Dr. Neely since 1988.

I've watched as  office morphed from paper and pencil appointment books to the digital wonder we've become.

Alothas changed, staff, techniques, even the type of patients.  We now treat many more adults. I'm always pleased when an adult decides to correct orthodontic problems that may have bothered them for their entire life. Of course it's gratifying to see everyone's smile improve as the treatment progresses

Lori, Laboratory Technician

I make retainers and other orthodontic appliances for our office. I have worked on Dr. Neely's team since 1994.

My favorite thing about our practice is seeing the confidence that patients acquire in themselves when their treatment is complete.

Dr. Neely is up to date on new procedures and looks for ways to make orthodontics a pleasant experience for our patients.

Cristen, Expanded Duty Chairside Assistant

I've been a part of Dr. Neely's team since March 2004! I love the hands on experience of being an orthodontic assistant. I enjoy meeting and working with others. What I enjoy most about orthodontics is seeing the smile on patients faces when they see the end result for treatment.

Paula, Treatment Coordinator & Expanded Duty Chairside Assistant

I've been assisting Dr. Neely since 2005 and later became his Treatment Coordinator. I've been a Certified Dental Assistant for nearly 25 years. I will be the one who meets with you initially with Dr. Neely to review your treatment options, answer all of your questions and help you choose the proper treatment that works best for you and your needs.

I've always enjoyed working with the community and creating perfect smiles that will last a lifetime. I look forward to meeting you and your family and making you a part of our orthodontic family.

Christine, Expanded Duty Chairside Assistant

I have been working with Dr. Neely since 1995 (with time off for motherhood). My duties include patient education, appliance placement and removal, and instrument sterilization. My favorite thing about orthodontics is knowing that I've helped someone feel confident and happy with a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. I also love getting to know our patients.

I like that Dr. Neely is always on the cutting edge with new techniques, advancements, and education. I like the trust he has in his team and that he shares my love and pride of Native American culture and heritage.
